I absolutely adore this beautiful woman. So strong and confident in who she is. I took Betty’s (college) senior portraits a couple of years back and it makes my heart smile knowing that she likes me enough to come back a second time. We’ve established that Betty is now my (other) mom. Yes … you read correctly. She is old enough to be my mother. And just like my real mother, she also doesn’t age. She also doesn’t know what “warm colors” are, or where the shutter is located on a camera, but eh, details. What I love most about taking her portraits is that Betty, for the most part, understands all of my one-liner. “I need sexy, not slutty.”
